2009 Sign Ups

Where: Rocky Top Pizza on Buffalo Creek Rd.
Date: October 12th and 13th
Time: 6:00 p.m. ~ 8:00 p.m.
Grades: Kindergarten thru 5th
Sign-up fee $35.00 / Insurance: $20.00
(Fees must be paid in full before your child participates)

*** UPDATE*** Late sign-up day on Oct. 19th, 6:00 p.m.~ 8:00 p.m. Rocky Top Pizza.

You will need to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate. If he/she participated last year, we still have it on record. We are offering a discount to parents/guardians who register sibblings (Sign-Up $30.00 each)

ATTENTION: Parents/Guardians: If your child is currently in another sporting program during sign-ups, you still need to get him/her registered during the scheduled dates. Once the season starts November 2nd, it will be too late to enter.
